HIIT Workout Timer allows you to create your own highly-customised fitness timer.

To get started, specify the number of stations (or different exercises) that youd like to perform during your workout.

You can then specify how many repetitions of each exercise, how long each repetition should last for, and a rest period between repetitions.

Finally, specify the amount of time (or rest) needed in between stations.

HIIT Workout Timer also features a large display that can be read from a distance, and an audible alert to let you know when your current rep (or rest period) is almost complete.
